ReportLab PDF Generation CGI Demo

This CGI program demonstrates that the ReportLab PDF generation toolkit can generate professionally formatted printable documents on the fly using data from any data source. These documents can be built in response to a web form query or to the click of a hotlink and every request can generate a personalized document. The data used in the document can come from a web form or from an external database or from any other source. The format of the document can include complex graphs and images in a professionally laid out printable document. In this case we ask for some stock holdings and an index and produce a comparison between the portfolio and the index.
