adding experimental right-to-left writing support to reportlab.
Uploaded 17 Octobner 2002. We hope ti ontegrate this properly
within a week or two.  For now all feedback is welcome!

pre-built _pyfribidi.pyd and fribidi.dll included for Python 2.2
