Open Source Support Options
Free Support
We provide free support for our Open Source PDF library and other products through a mailing list, reportlab-users@reportlab.com. There is a web interface to the list here.
It's a lively community of ReportLab users and staff, who will generally give you a helpful response. If you can't find an answer to your question in our FAQ or our documentation, there's a good chance that they can help you solve your problem.
We also have a code snippet area where we often add short pieces of code that may help you to use certain features. We encourage users to add snippets of their own by signing up for a user account and we hope this will become a hive of activity that is beneficial to the community.
Commercial Support
There are so many different support scenarios that we don't quote a standard contract.
