Advanced support contracts
Critical applications need tailor-made support programs, beginning with an assessment of the risks you need to insure against and of the resources you already have. We are prepared to support in-house applications which use our software on a 24x7 basis if the right preparation is done. Common options will include:
- a comprehensive site survey and documentation phase at the outset to ensure that first-line diagnostic procedures are in place
- a 24 hour support phone number and pager alerts to our engineers
- a remote login to your system
- guaranteed times to workaround and fix
- prepaid time for flexible mentoring and training of internal staff
