World Class Workouts on Demand

The Park Bench Workout Generator tool provides users reasonable workouts that are tailored to their needs and resources.

Users can log and monitor their workouts via the website or printable workout programs, which is where Reportlab's JSON to PDF API is utilized to provide printables on demand.

The Workout generator tool exports workout programs as JSON packets, which are sent as post requests to Reportlab's "JSON to PDF API", this then returns a well designed printer friendly PDF version of the workout program for storage or for manual progress logging.

Dynamic -  Each workout has it's own set of data values to record and we used this information to control and display dynamic elements in the PDF.  This allowed us to use a single RML template for all the possible workouts.
